1. What Savyo Does

Savyo helps you find fashion items that are similar in style or appearance to higher-priced products (commonly called "dupes"), and links to sellers or partners where you may purchase those items. We provide search, product comparisons, images, and recommendations to help you find affordable alternatives.

2. Using the Services

Savyo is designed for general audiences. You are welcome to use our Services responsibly and lawfully.

You may not:

• Post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or other users' data
• Misrepresent information or misuse the platform

3. Purchases, Payments & Third Parties

Savyo may link to third-party retailers, marketplaces, or affiliate partners where purchases are made. We do not sell most products directly. Purchases, payment processing, shipping, returns, and warranties are governed by the third-party seller's terms — not Savyo's. Please review any merchant's policies before buying.

4. Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content

We may receive commissions or fees for purchases made through links on our platform. Sponsored listings and paid placements may be labeled as such.

5. Content & Accuracy

We strive to provide useful information, but we do not guarantee that product matches, descriptions, prices, or availability are accurate or up to date. Use your judgment before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Savyo (site design, logo, text, images, software) is owned by SERENDIPITY ONE INC or our licensors. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savyo and SERENDIPITY ONE INC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Services or purchases from third parties. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or amounts you paid us the prior 12 months, if any.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes take effect 7 days after notice unless they relate to new features, which may take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and disputes will be handled in courts in King County, Washington.
